Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using JobRiskPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What JobRiskPro is. The Service is a private, anonymous platform where verified paid contractors share experiences about job addresses. Reviews are attached to addresses, not to any named person or business.

3. Anonymity & privacy. Users interact through opaque handles. Do not include names, contact details, license numbers, photos of people, or any other information that identifies a specific individual. Automated filters and human moderators remove content that violates this rule.

4. User content. You are solely responsible for content you post. You warrant that your reviews reflect your honest, first-hand experience, are factually accurate to the best of your knowledge, and are not defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful.

5. No legal responsibility for user content. JobRiskPro is a neutral hosting platform. We do not endorse, verify, or adopt any user-submitted content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobRiskPro, its owners, and its operators are not legally responsible for statements, opinions, reviews, or other content posted by users. Any dispute regarding user content is between the users involved.

6. Confidentiality of the platform. What is said on the Service stays on the Service. You agree not to republish, screenshot, or forward reviews or member content outside the Service, except as required by law.

7. Membership & billing. Access to search and to post reviews requires an active $5.99/month subscription, billed by our payment processor. New accounts start with a 24-hour free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged and your subscription renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7a. No refunds. All sales are final. Once a charge is made — including the first charge at the end of the 24-hour free trial and every subsequent monthly renewal — the payment is non-refundableunder any circumstances. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund past charges, in whole or in part. By providing a payment method and activating your account, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

8. Prohibited use. No scraping, no reselling data, no impersonation, no attempt to identify or contact individuals based on Service content, no unlawful activity.

9. Moderation & termination. We may hide, remove, or moderate any content and suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, to protect the Service and its users.

10. Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobRiskPro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobRiskPro from any claim arising out of content you submit or your use of the Service.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
